Chandler and Joey find an unscrambled porn channel on their TV and refuse to turn it off for fear of losing it. Meanwhile, Phoebe receives some surprising news and Monica helps Ross come to a decision regarding Emily.

Summary
Mr. Treeger, the superintendent, is unclogging Chandler and Joey's shower drain while Chandler is watching TV. Joey comes out, flips the channel and finds free porn even though they haven't paid their cable bill yet. Mr. Treeger comes out of the bathroom and recalls how he once got free porn but he turned it off one day and never got it back. So the guys decide to not turn off the TV.
Rachel and Phoebe are sitting at the table eating when Rachel tries to turn off the porn. But as Chandler says "We don't know what could make this go away," they stop her. Instead, Monica grabs the remote and mutes it, and the guys still have their free porn. Then Phoebe comes in with a big folded table which Rachel takes from her since it's so heavy, only to hand it to Monica. Phoebe thinks that she's too pregnant to carry around her massage table and needs to find a different job. As she's talking Joey yells that she's blocking the porn. After sitting and seeing the porn, Phoebe then says, "That reminds me, I have to see my OB-GYN today."
Ross goes into Monica's apartment with his usual, "Hi." He's upset that he just had to drop off Emily at the airport. Monica offers him the free porn that the guys have. After some thought he turns it down. Monica convinces Ross to go see Emily again because it would live out her fantasy of falling in love with someone from a foreign country. She then asks if Ross loves her, and he then realizes that he does love Emily. Monica tells him to go to the airport and tell her, and then goes on to a story "You'll call out her name and yell 'I love you!' And she's gonna say 'I love you too!' And you guys are gonna have the most amazing kiss. Everyone at the gate will applaud. Then you two can sneak into the cockpit. Things will start to heat up. And then a stewardess comes in ... I've been watching too much porn."
Phoebe and Rachel are at the OB-GYN's office and are hearing the heartbeat for the first time. Then the doctor mentions that there is a possibility of multiple births. Three in fact. Phoebe seems excited at first, but then gets angry thinking it's going to be harder having three instead of one. The doctor tries to tell her that having three babies is not as different as having only one, but Phoebe is unconvinced.
Alice and Frank Jr. meet Phoebe at Central Perk to hear the news. They are pretty excited until Phoebe mentions how hard and expensive it's going to be. Their attitude quickly changes. Alice says it's alright though because she teaches home ec and, "It would be like my very own little sweatshop." Frank Jr. Says that he could drop out of refrigerator college and get a job. Phoebe doesn't want him to give up on his dream, but he thinks that this is a different kind of dream and that it will be okay.
Ross catches Emily at the airport right as she's about to board her plane. He tells her that he's had an amazing time with her and that he loves her. She replies with "Thank you" and then gets on the plane.
Rachel is singing along to the theme song of Good Will Humping. Rachel mentions that her new boyfriend Joshua doesn't like dirty movies, but Joey doesn't believe her and says that all the reasons Joshua told Rachel of why he doesn't like porn actually mean that he does like porn. Rachel storms off to go call Joshua. Phoebe comes in and tells the others of how it went with Frank and Alice. Then Ross comes in and tells Monica of how it went with Emily. Joey thinks that he should play hard to get by moving to Tokyo since she already lives in London. Chandler thinks it's over but Monica is certain that Emily will call Ross and tell him that she loves him. So Ross runs home in case she might call him.
Joey and Chandler go over to Rachel and Monica's apartment to get away from the porn because they refuse to turn it off but can't watch anymore. Phoebe brings in a case full of knives and an idea to make more money for Frank and Alice but the others tell her it's not going to work.
Emily finally calls Ross, who is in an odd sleeping position next to the phone. She tells him that there is someone else. Monica says that now he has to prove his love but he doesn't want to take her advice anymore. She thinks that he should go to London and fight for her, using the whole Paulo and Rachel incident against him. She points to the porn saying that could be him and Emily. "That, but nicer." So Ross decides to go to London and fight for Emily.
Phoebe and Rachel have found a way to make more money for Frank and Alice. Frank can drive a taxi while Phoebe massages the people in the back using her and Monica's old van. Then Ross calls from England saying that Emily hasn't been home all night.
Chandler and Joey are playing Go Fish when Emily shows up at the apartment, saying that she's come to talk to Ross, whose still in London. Emily calls her house in hopes that Ross will hear her if she leaves a message. She tells him that she loves him, but then has to switch because there is call waiting. Ross is on the other end and she tells him that she loves him to which he replies, "Thank you."
Chandler complains that he was at the bank and the teller didn't want to have sex with him. Joey then says the same thing about the pizza girl. So they decide to turn off the porn. Then, after a few seconds, they turn it back on and realize that they still have free porn.
