A drunken Rachel is persuaded to call Ross and reveals her feelings for him on his answering machine. And when he finds out, he must make the choice between her and Julie. Meanwhile, Monica finds work as Chandler's personal trainer and Phoebe has a hard time trying to get her boyfriend to have sex with her.

Summary
Rachel goes out on a date and gets drunk. She then proceeds to borrows someone's cell phone to call Ross for "closure". She tells him that she is over him. Ross and Rachel are hanging out at the apartment later when he goes to use the phone to check his messaages. Rachel remembers the message she left in her druken stupor and tries to stop him from hearing it. She fails and Ross asks her when she was ever "under him". Meanwhile Monica begs Chandler to let her train him but she goes all control freak with the regime and Chandler works to distract her after she flashes him to get him to do more sit-ups.
